Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We want to offer you the best shopping experience, so we guarantee the possibility of returning an item that does not meet your expectations.

You can request a return of any item purchased on www.covetclothing.com, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item. You will be refunded the value of the order, plus any shipping costs incurred. The return postage is at your expense. Contact us at info@covetclothing.com to arrange for a return. We will examine the item upon return to ensure that it is eligible for a refund. Every returned item must meet the following standards:

  • the item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it/they was/were shipped to you, and must retain any tags;
  • items must be returned in original packaging, where applicable;
  • items worn, soiled or other signs of wear not present at the time of purchase will not be accepted for return.

Items returned without tags will not be accepted. Returns which do not pass our quality control process will not be accepted. If your return is not accepted, then you will not receive a refund for the item, delivery costs and your costs of shipping.

If we ship an item to you and it gets lost or damaged, then we will refund the value of the item and postage. Most items are delivered within a few days, but sometimes there are delays. Please contact us if you have not received your item within two weeks of receiving our dispatch note. We may require you to sign a form to enable us to claim from the courier.

If the item materially differs from the listing on our website, www.covetclothing.com (which means a listing error, misrepresentation or fault which affects the item’s value), then we’ll refund or exchange for a different item of the same or lesser value (with any difference being refunded to you. In this case, we require items to be returned promptly, and in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Except as limited by statute, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item and shipping.

 

Refunds are normally processed within three (3) business days from receipt and checked goods at our premises. If the return is accepted and the refund process commences, you will be notified by e-mail.
